On the bike in south Halland
We mostly travel in the bicycle-friendly South Halland. Here we make short stops at, for example, Skottorp's castle and Hasslöv's church. The history is rich and actually quite astonishing. Strange Bronze Age memories, warlike snapper up on the ridge, royal wedding with obstacles, dangerous sailing for the East Indiaman Osbeck and artist visits by greats such as Johan Tobias Sergel and Alexander Roslin. All this can be accommodated during a lovely bike ride through a landscape with wide views, age-old avenues and the lush green silhouette of Hallandsåsen as a constant companion.
