GUIDED TOURS

Hallandsås ridge. Just the name instantly conjures up thoughts of robbers and risky journeys. You can, of course, also associate it with lovely Scanian beech forest, springy white sedge carpets and fantastic views of the beautiful plain landscape that spreads out at the foot of the ridge. Join us on a guided 5 km long hike that starts and ends at the classic Margretetorp Gästgifvaregård. During the guided tour, which mostly follows forest paths and small roads, you will learn more about the exciting history of the area. It contains everything from stories about the infamous snapper Sven in Boarp to royalty, international artists and cultural figures who contributed to the area's fame.

Equipment: clothing according to the weather; sturdy shoes with good soles for possibly damp/muddy sections of trail
